Welcome to Delight Self Storage Dubai. By renting a storage unit or using any of our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities and form a binding agreement between you and Delight Self Storage LLC ( Delight Self Storage Dubai).

1. Use of Storage Unit

1.1 Permitted Use
You may use the storage unit solely for storing personal or business property that is legally owned by you.
1.2 Prohibited Items
You agree not to store perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable or explosive substances, illegal items, or anything that violates UAE laws. The Company reserves the right to refuse or remove prohibited items.

2. Rental Term and Payments

2.1 Rental Period
Rental is on a [monthly/quarterly] basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Payments
All fees are due in advance on the first day of each rental period. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your rental agreement.
2.3 Deposit
A security deposit, if applicable, will be refunded after the unit is vacated in clean condition and all dues are settled.

3. Access and Security

3.1 Customer Access
You may access your unit during posted access hours using your own lock and key or access code.
3.2 Company Rights
For safety, maintenance, or legal reasons, we reserve the right to enter the unit with reasonable notice or without notice in emergencies.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1 Customer Responsibility
All items stored are at your sole risk. We strongly recommend obtaining your own insurance for stored property.
4.2 Limited Liability
The Company is not liable for loss, theft, fire, water damage, or other unforeseen events except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Termination

5.1 By Customer
You may terminate your rental by providing at least [7/14] days’ written notice and vacating the unit by the end of the rental period.
5.2 By Company
We may terminate this agreement for non-payment, breach of these terms, or illegal activity.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

7. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective upon publication.

By renting or using our storage facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
